Reservation and Payment
By placing a $39 deposit, you are reserving access to Haelo at the lowest available launch price ($200) and securing free lifetime access to our core protection features. This deposit will be applied toward your final purchase price at launch. Submitting this payment constitutes an expression of interest and commitment to purchase, not a completed transaction.
Refund
Policy Your deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to the official Kickstarter campaign launch. If you choose not to complete your order, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@haelohealth.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Campaign and Product Disclaimer
Haelo is currently in pre-production. While we are committed to delivering the core features as outlined — including automatic emergency detection, predictive alerts, and multi-carer notifications — final details of the product, including its materials, form factor, sensors, software interface, and packaging, may be subject to change based on manufacturing constraints, technical optimizations, or regulatory requirements. We are committed to transparency and will communicate material changes to all VIP backers.
Final Pricing and Fulfillment
Shipping fees, taxes, and import duties are not included in the deposit or advertised launch price. These charges will be calculated and applied at checkout when the Kickstarter campaign goes live. Your $39 deposit will be deducted from the final order total of $200, leaving a remaining balance of $161.

By reserving, you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails from Haelo Health, including order confirmations, feature updates, campaign previews, and access invitations to our private VIP group. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting support.
