Alex founded Haelo the day he lost his father to an undetected heart attack. It revealed a simple failure in modern wearables: protection is useless if the device is off, dead, or charging. A serial founder with over $10M in sales and former caregiver to both parents, he is now building Haelo as a safety-first smart platform that delivers dependable 24/7 monitoring and fast alerts when something goes wrong. He is a co-inventor on Haelo's pending patent application for the ring's compliance-first hardware design.

Artur brings a decade of engineering leadership to Haelo. His career spans Head of Engineering at Yandex, leading through the Bulb energy crisis to help millions stay warm, building Zoa to a successful exit, and serving as SVP at J.P. Morgan. He is the named inventor on all three of Haelo's pending UK patent applications, covering the cloud monitoring architecture, ring-based fall detection method, and continuous-wear hardware design.

Geoff leads creative positioning, product strategy, and growth at Haelo. An experienced founder and marketing lead with a background spanning creative brand design, startups, and tech-enabled ventures.

Rob leads hardware development at Haelo. A Chartered Engineer with a Cambridge mechanical engineering background, he brings deep expertise in medical device development and has co-invented multiple patents in surgical guidance technology.

Sean leads Business Development at Haelo. As an Oxford Chemistry Master's graduate, Sean initially specialised in the development of superconducting technologies and now has over 15 years of experience in various Science fields, from Scientific Media in the UK to research and development of new biodegradable materials in Brazil. Throughout this journey Sean has brought together and worked with many different companies and developers.

Will leads Data Science at Haelo, building the models and pipelines that turn continuous health signals into reliable, trustworthy alerts. A Director in Deloitte's Financial Risk practice, he brings a decade of quantitative modelling experience, translating advanced statistical techniques into frameworks that hold up under real-world stress. He's also completing a PhD at Reading University's Walker Institute on climate risk for vulnerable communities, a thread of protecting people who need it most that runs through everything he does.
