Alex founded Haelo the day he lost his father to an undetected heart attack. It revealed a simple failure in modern wearables: protection is useless if the device is off, dead, or charging. A serial founder with over $10M in sales and former caregiver to both parents, he is now building Haelo as a safety-first smart platform that delivers dependable 24/7 monitoring and fast alerts when something goes wrong.

Artur brings a decade of engineering leadership to Haelo. His career spans Head of Engineering at Yandex, leading through the Bulb energy crisis to help millions stay warm, building Zoa to a successful exit, and serving as SVP at J.P. Morgan.

Geoff leads creative positioning, product strategy, and growth at Haelo. An experienced founder and marketing lead with a background spanning creative brand design, startups, and tech-enabled ventures.

Rob leads hardware development at Haelo. A Chartered Engineer with a Cambridge mechanical engineering background, he brings deep expertise in medical device development and has co-invented multiple patents in surgical guidance technology.
