Who is the Haelo Ring designed for?
Haelo is designed for seniors, individuals with health conditions, and anyone who wants peace of mind for themselves or their loved ones. It's perfect for those who want protection without wearing obvious medical devices.
How does fall detection work?
Our ring uses advanced motion sensors combined with AI algorithms to distinguish between normal activities and actual falls. When a fall is detected, it automatically alerts designated caregivers through our app.
Does my loved one need a smartphone to use Haelo?
Haelo wearers can connect their rings either to a compatible smartphone or to our dedicated plug-in connection gateways for continuous monitoring. However, nominated caregivers will need a smartphone to access the Haelo app and receive alerts.
How long does the battery last?
The Haelo Ring lasts over a week on a single charge, significantly longer than smartwatches that typically need daily charging. This means continuous protection without interruption.
Is the ring waterproof?
Yes, the Haelo Ring is waterproof and can be worn in the shower or bath, ensuring continuous monitoring during times when falls are most common.
Orders & Shipping
When will my ring ship?
Haelo is available to pre-order. Consumer shipping is expected late 2026 into early 2027. We haven’t set a firm date yet and will keep you updated as production progresses.
How do I order a Haelo Ring?
You can pre-order the Haelo Ring directly through our website. We offer various payment options including deposits to reserve your spot.
What is included in my order?
Each order includes the Haelo Smart Ring, a charging dock, and access to our caregiver app. Subscription plans for monitoring services are available separately.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your Haelo Ring, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
How do I know my Haelo ring will fit me?
Before dispatch we will first send you a free Haelo Ring Sizing Kit to find your perfect fit.
Will the Haelo Ring work where I am?
Haelo works anywhere the wearer has a smartphone or a Haelo Hub with an internet connection. The ring connects over Bluetooth and needs no SIM or mobile signal of its own, so it keeps working when you travel, and the people you nominate can receive alerts from another country entirely.
Which countries can you ship to?
We are launching in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, and we are actively looking at Europe and Australia, which may follow. If you are somewhere else, you can still reserve a ring and we will keep you updated as we open up new countries. Your deposit stays fully refundable until production begins, so you are not locked in if we cannot dispatch to you.
